Port Gellhorn is a run-down vacation town on Leonida’s west coast, widely read as Rockstar’s take on Panama City and Florida’s Panhandle. Rockstar’s Port Gellhorn page describes cheap motels, closed attractions and empty strip malls on a forgotten coast that now runs on a seedier economy. The community map has placed over a hundred spots here, including a full racing circuit.
