GTA 6 Vice City Map
Vice City is the main city of GTA 6’s state of Leonida, Rockstar’s take on Miami. Rockstar names Ocean Beach, Little Cuba, a bootleg flea market and VC Port in its official Vice City page, and trailer road signs add Downtown, Vice Beaches, Stockyard, Southside, Peacock Bay and VCI Airport. Below, each place sits on the real Miami spot it is modelled on, with its source.

Vice City vs Miami: what is based on what
| Vice City (GTA 6) | Real Miami counterpart | How sure |
|---|---|---|
| Ocean Beach / Vice Beaches | South Beach and Ocean Drive, Miami Beach | Inferred from Rockstar’s art deco description and trailer shots |
| Little Cuba | Little Havana | Inferred (name and panaderías) |
| VC Port | PortMiami | Inferred (“cruise ship capital of the world” mirrors PortMiami’s slogan) |
| VCI Airport | Miami International Airport | Inferred from trailer road signs |
| Downtown | Downtown Miami | Inferred from trailer skyline and signs |
Rockstar never says “Miami”; these pairings are how analysts read the official material (for example Dexerto’s comparison).
GTA 6 Vice City vs the 2002 GTA Vice City
The 2002 game GTA: Vice City was set in the 1980s. GTA 6 brings the city to the present day and puts it inside a whole state, Leonida, instead of a city map on its own. Some names return: Rockstar’s edition text mentions Washington Beach and the Vercetti Estate, both familiar from 2002, and a Vintage Vice City Pack. Rockstar North staff told preview guests the new Vice City is about twice the size of GTA 5’s Los Santos (see GTA 6 map size).
Who lives and works in Vice City
Rockstar ties two of its announced characters to Vice City: Boobie Ike, “a local Vice City legend” who owns real estate, a strip club and a studio, and Dre’Quan Priest, whose Only Raw Records label is chasing the Vice City scene. Jason and Lucia’s story runs across Leonida; see Leonida regions.
