GTA 6 Leonida Map
Leonida is the fictional state where GTA 6 takes place, Rockstar’s version of Florida (“the Goodtime State”). Rockstar’s Only in Leonida pages name six regions: Vice City, the Leonida Keys, Grassrivers, Port Gellhorn, Ambrosia and Mount Kalaga National Park. Here is each one with Rockstar’s description, the part of Florida it is modelled on, and every other confirmed place in the state.

Vice City
Leonida's big city. Rockstar pitches it as America's capital of glamour, hustle and greed, with art deco Ocean Beach, Little Cuba's bakeries, a bootleg flea market and the cruise port.

Is Leonida just Florida?
Leonida is clearly based on Florida, but it is a compressed, fictional version. Vice City stands in for Miami, the Keys for the Florida Keys, Grassrivers for the Everglades, Port Gellhorn for the Panhandle’s Gulf Coast and Ambrosia for the sugar country around Lake Okeechobee. Mount Kalaga has no agreed counterpart. Rockstar has also shown road signs to places like Kelly County that it has not described yet. Read how much smaller it is on the GTA 6 map size page.
